Your bills are your business.

What we collect
- Your name, email, phone, restaurant name, and number of locations, when you book a call or join.
- The software contracts, order forms, and invoices you send us.
- Notes from our calls and the vendor conversations we have on your behalf.
- Payment details, which are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To find where you're overpaying and negotiate better terms, only as you've authorized.
- To calculate verified savings and any success fee.
- To contact you about your account.
Neg, our AI negotiator, reads your documents to do this work. A person at The Owner Guild reviews its output.
What we never do
- Sell your information.
- Share your details with another restaurant.
- Share your information with a vendor beyond what's needed to negotiate on your behalf, with your OK.
- Take money from software vendors.
Where it's stored
Your documents live in a private, access-controlled folder for your account only. If we ever publish benchmarks from what operators pay, they will be anonymous and aggregated, and only from members who opt in.
Leaving
Ask us anytime and we'll send you your files and delete them from our systems, except what we must keep for tax and payment records.
